Famous comedian plane makes emergency landing in North Carolina, deputies say

Gabriel “Fluffy” Iglesias was on a plane that had to make an emergency landing in North Carolina, according to Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office.

Deputies say on Friday just before 1 p.m., local emergency officials responded to an aircraft that had ran off the end of the runway at Western Carolina Regional Airport.

According to deputies, the aircraft, a 1987 Gulfstream, N924MB, had trouble coming to a stop for an unknown reason and slid around 600 feet off the end of the runway.

One of the passengers of the aircraft was popular national comedian Gabriel ‘Fluffy’ Iglesias, who recorded his experience and showed the site of the plane crash on his Instagram page. READMORE
