As per apnaqanoon,The lower judiciary broadly comprises of three cadres of judges District Judges, Senior Civil Judges and Civil Judges (Junior Division). Although they are termed as ‘Civil Judges’ their posts jointly include civil as well as criminal jurisdiction according to qanoon
