An Amber Alert was issued for 2-year-old Wynter Smith out of Lansing early Monday morning.
The child is believed to be with 28-year-old Rashad Maleek TricePolice say Trice drives a white 2013 Chevrolet Impala with the license plate DZS0492 and is known to have ties to Detroit.
