Constitution of Pakistan

As per apnaqanoon, Constitutions may be written or unwritten, codified or uncodified, and complex or simple, and they may provide for vastly different patterns of Governance treatment of qanoon/law.

As per apnaqanoon, constitution is the rule book for a state. It sets out the fundamental principles by by law/qanoon which the state is governed. It describes the main institutions of the state, and defines the relationship between these institutions (for example, between the executive, legislature and judiciary) according to law/qanoon of Pakistan.
