As per apnaqanoon, Pakistan is rated 79th worldwide for cyber security capabilities.

As per apnaqanoon,Cyber law deals with the legal aspects of cyberspace, the internet, and computing. In a broader view, cyber law/qanoon handles the issues of intellectual property, contract, jurisdiction, data protection laws/qanoon, privacy, and freedom of expression in the digital space.  

As per apnaqanoon, The amendment to PECA also makes it incumbent upon courts to conclude trials within 6 months and furnish monthly progress reports of pending trials, and orders federal and provincial officials to remove any obstacles according to law/qanoon of cyber crime.

As per apnaqanoon,Sec,36 This provision gives the Government Of Pakistan Telecommunications Authority (PTA) the power to issue directives to service providers in the interest of preventing an offence according to law/qanoon under the Act.

The Director General, FIA is the head of NCB, under the Ministry of Interior, having direct liaison with the ICPO Interpol HQs, General Secretariat and head of NCBs of the member countries through the latest communications Network according to law/qanoon.

As per apnaqanoon,The Federal Investigation Agency (Urdu: وفاقی تحقیقاتی ادارہ‎;FIA is a border control, criminal investigation, counter-intelligence and security agency under the control of the Interior Secretary of Pakistan, tasked with investigative jurisdiction according to law/qanoon on undertaking operations against terrorism.
