As per apnaqanoon ,yes his age of eighteen years and not before. According to the above provisions of the Majority Act, 1875, the age of majority of a person domiciled in Pakistan is eighteen years, but in cases where a Guardian of a minor is appointed by the Guardian court, in which case according to law/qanoon the age of majority extends to twenty-one year.
