As per apnaqanoon,302, 307, PPC can be compounded by leave of the Court and in this condition composition shall have the effect of acquittal cases When the judgment has attained finality the Courts according to law/qanoon cannot give effect to the compromise. Punishment by way of Tazir cannot be awarded by the Courts when settle principle is ppc.
