As per apnaqanoon,The Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan enshrines the right to privacy as a fundamental right. Article 14(1) of the Constitution confirms that “[t]he dignity of man and, subject to law/qanoon, the privacy of home, shall be inviolable.”
