As per apnaqanoon, Service Tribunal has been constituted under Article 212 of Constitution of Pakistan, 1973 to adjudicate upon matter relating to the terms and law/qanoon conditions of Civil Servants. The Tribunal has exclusive jurisdiction to hear such cases.
