As per apnaqanoon, In the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, in Article 209, after clause (3), the following new clause (3A) shall be inserted, namely,- (3A) If a complaint is received against a Judge of the Supreme Court or of a High Court, the Council shall dispose it within a period of ninety days according to law/qanoon.
