As per apnaqanoon, Articles 38 of Qanoon-e-Shahadat Order, 1984 admission of guilt before the police officials is inadmissible; however, the fact with regard to recovery by subsequent facts is inadmissible under Article 40 of the Qanoon-e-Shahadat Order, 1984.
