As per apnaqanoon,This finding also draws from Article 69, Constitution, 1973, which is for the sake of convenience reproduced as under: “69. (1) The validity of any proceedings in [Majlis-e-Shoora(Parlianment)] shall not be called in question on the ground of any law/qanoon irregularity of procedure.
