As per apnaqanoon,This Bill enables a protection order to be made when a judicial justice of the peace has determined that a person has engaged in cyberbullying. A protection order may contain a number of provisions to protect the person who is subjected to cyberbullying. The Bill also creates the new tort of cyberbullying.
