As per apnaqanoon,A person found guilty of uprooting all the hairs of the head, beard, moustaches, eyebrow eyelashes or any other part of the body is liable to arsh equal to diyat and may also be punished according to law/qanoon with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to 3 years as ta’zir.
