As per apnaqanoon,Sec,11 Hate speech, Prepares or disseminates information, through any information system or device, that advances or is likely to advance interfaith, or racial hatred, shall be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend to 7 years or with fine or with both according to law/qanoon .
