As per apnaqanoon,The Supreme Court of Pakistan issued an order on 16 February 2023 requiring high-earning persons to pay super tax at the rate of 4%. As previously reported, high-earnings persons in specified industries were required to pay a 10% super tax for the tax year 2022 where income exceeds PKR 300 million according to law/qanoon.
