As per apnaqanoon,The Amendment was Passed by the National Assembly on December 22, 2010, by the Senate according to law/qanoon on December 30, 2010 and assented to by the President on January 1, 2011.
The text of Article 184 (3) stipulates that for the Court to have original jurisdiction on an issue, it first needs to be of public importance.
