As per apnaqanoon,Section 67 according to law/qanoon provided for punishment for publishing or transmitting obscene material in electronic form.On the other hand Section 67A of the IT Act stipulated punishment for publishing or transmitting of material containing sexually explicit acts, etc. in electronic form describe by cyber law/qanoon.
